Office Manager
With our office since 2001, Susan greets our patients with a warm smile and is here to assist them with all their appointment, insurance, and payment needs. Susan loves meeting new patients and making them feel comfortable during their time in our office.
A resident of Drexel Hill, PA, Susan has been married for 37 years. She and her husband have two children and three grandchildren. Susan loves to spend her leisure time with family at their home at the shore.
Laura
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
With more than 25 years of experience in the dental field, Laura came to work at our office in 2008. She assists Dr. Friedman and is similarly dedicated to delivering excellent patient care. Laura is proficient in many aspects of patient care, including taking photos and X-rays, pouring impressions, and making retainers.
Laura grew up in Haverford Township and now lives in Lower Merion Township. She and her husband have two sons, both of whom have attended Lower Merion High School. Her boys play ice hockey and baseball, and Laura can often be found cheering for them at their games.
